6 Hours Remaining: Mandatory Submission Checklist & Event Requirements
Hi Builders,
There are exactly 6 hours remaining until the Qwen AI Build Day submission portal strictly closes at 11:59 PM (ICT) tonight.
Please review this mandatory checklist to ensure your project is eligible for evaluation and the live pitch phase:
1. Verify Submission Status: A saved draft is not a submission. If you log into Devpost and the button on your project still says "Submit," your entry is incomplete. You must click the Submit button.
2. Confirm Track Selection: Ensure you have selected your official challenge track (Tasco, Elfie, Shinhan, or Public Sector) from the Devpost dropdown menu. Unassigned projects will not be evaluated.
3. Include Required Assets: Your submission must contain a functioning demo video, a detailed project write-up, and all necessary repository or live links.
4. Prepare for the Live Pitch: Up to 10 shortlisted teams per track will be announced live on 21 April. You will not be notified in advance. Please prepare a strict 4-minute presentation today.
5. Mandatory Attendance: At least one team representative must attend the 21 April event in person. If your team is shortlisted but absent, you will be immediately disqualified.
